I think some pup are born stunt.

especially those mini size pup at 2-3inch type....

All rays can grow up to 20 inches or more if properly taken care of. Only teacup rays cant. Even crossed breed or hybrid all can grow more than 20 inches. Stunt got nothing to do with crossing lah.

If u are feeding enuf (Provided tat particular ray strong enuf to snatch food fr the others) and still not growing, most likely is stunted. Main issue is health nothing to do with gene.

However, I hv pple telling me they feed a lot a lot, but in fact their a lot is only v little to my std as they felt too ex to feed rays. Thus wat is a lot is subjective and this may cos rays to stunt.
