Tanning questions

hi bros
recently just accquired a 12"cr from a fellow bro ,trying to com with my existing 18"rtg,10"xb.. wonder if i want to start a tanning regiment,
1)how to proceed?
2)wat to get?
3)pros n cons(tanning xb n rtg)

As to tanning gold, not advisable as the gold will become Chao ta.
