plat endi really stands out in a tank of normal bichirs. the white is really stunning. imagine a nice big plat endi in the midst of your laps, endis, pbbs. surely a talking point.
bro trowa, what size is this? is it from stones? |

Here's my take on your "dotty" situation. Coloration on fishes are known to fade when they are stressed. No different for your fish. When you first got it, the dots weren't there because it was in "stress mode" and the dots were faded, thus you couldn't see them. But now that it's settled down, the dots have appeared. Not all platinum fishes are clean, some have tiny markings here and there while others are pure ivory. Depends on the quality really. That could be the case for yours.

BTW the bigger dot seem like a dent mark, maybe from trying to sqeeze through the drift wood. Should be able to heal after a while. Remember to pump it up. |

Very nice looking plat, it doesn't have "the face".
Compared to the last one I viewed for sale from an indo guy, this is much better. I think he was trying to sell me a plat Senegal for the price of play Endi. Last edited by TuNA; 22-06-2011 at 09:27 AM. Reason: Spelling |
