activated carbon
my office tank got a few drift wood and the water is yellowish with a little bit of odour. I am running a canister for about a week. Tank i would say half cycled only.
I just bought some carbon and was advised to put it in the canister. i'm wondering how long would the carbon take to clear the yellowish tinge. By monday would i see a clear tank coz right now, it is really unsightly. |

it would be dependant on which bran you use, certain doesnt work that well, for me ocean free one works pretty well

Remember to remove it. Or else will leech back into the tank all those things it absorb to saturation point
