Hi Dave,

The qian hu no.5being recommended by REDDRAGON is . OCEANFREE INTERNAL BACTERIA & ULCER AWAY, Its available here, just be careful not to overdose. btw better hurry with treatment as your Aro might become blind if left untreated for too long.

thanks.

API melafix should be able to treat cloudy eye.

Not sure what's the yellow stuff though.

Look like stomach bag...could be over feeding, drastic change in water condition, for your case most probably the fish can't adapt to the amount of salt or med you added..try slow down the medication.

Your water PH is important.. It's quite high.. How often u change ur tank water and how much u change each time.? Don't feed your arowana SW too.. change to another type.. and feed it little bit is enough.

By looking at your video, seeing bubbles floating everywhere and not bursting away, I have serious concerns for your water condition, let alone you mentioned your fish has been bombarded by all kinds of medication all these while.
For me personally, I feel you PH is way too high and I am wondering how it got so high in the 1st place.
Please read this:

The way I look at your situation is, if the water is not good, your fish will be exposed to all kinds of problems.
It only makes logical sense to get your tank water back to shape, and then slowly see if there's any improvement and if not, slowly treat one by one, cycle by cycle, too much treatments at one go like what your fish went through, can only, sadly lead to one result.
Do consider bro
