Just make your own. Learn from utube. The crust i modify by using butter instead of planta. Those that tried it said it was like the original ock at the corner coffee shop in selegie before the brand was sold off.

I made the curry puff three times. The second time i improved the curry filling recipe and the crust even overnight in fridge without reheating stays crispy. Just that doing this way cannot make enough quantity in a day.

The flour for crust, after mixing, let stand in fridge overnight before baking or frying.

U can learn from recipes, from youtube, from wherever .... BUT .....


whether u can do it like the crust from Tong Heng ......

well, if the guy who teach can do it like Tong Heng .....


wonder why this particular version of Egg Tarts does not have 1000 other replcas ..... hmmmm
or like that Maxwell market hum chin pang ...... many people know how to make hum chin pang but nobody does it like that stall

Btw I know all the theory about making good kueh bangkit ........
no I cannot bake good kueh bangkit .....
