Sachem Acid Buffer to dissolve or not?
I'm having 3 x Rays in the tank.
Is it safe to add directly w/o pre-dissolving in water as recommended by Sachem? Any shifus can advise TIA |

how high is your ph???
why do u need to add acid buffer??? Most of us are trying to push the ph up and not dwn. |

My PH is 7.6. After adding Acid buffer, PH drops to 7.2.
On the following day, PH rose back to 7.5 Ideally, want to bring it down to neutral @ 7.0 Quote:

Old tank new medias which causes a PH rebound. Now after 3 days dosage of Acid buffer, stable @ 7.1. Tmr will do WC and start using Seachem Neutral as the battle against high KH is nearly over.

I tink the rays are good with a ph of 7.6
In a couple of mths, the ph will fall gradually. My 2 cents worth |
