I've seen videos of snakes and pacman frogs eating these pinkies. Do a seach on YouTube if you're interested. There are bound to be such videos.

As for froggies, not many of them can eat pinkies actually. And since the frogs don't eat pinkies in nature, I won't recommend too. But as a very occasional treat, I guess it's ok.
