Default Ocean free Hydra Stream - user review

I thought I post a review of the Ocean Free Hydra stream 3 for the benefit of everyone here.

I run a small 2 tonne koi pond. Needless to say the pond is over stocked and I am encountering a problem with foam and discoloured water. I was contemplating installing a protein skimmer or the Hydra stream 3. I went with the later. The first stream 3 eradicated some 80% of the foam on my water. The second installation cleared up 90% and helped to clarify the water. Fishes are active and have a healthy appetite.
Hope this helps.

Interesting post. I'd heard lots about the HS system for a long time, and have been meaning to install a V6 in my pond. From what I read, this is a DOC oxidizing system not too different from an ozone generator correct?
