Water condition is all good. Ph at 7.4, Nitrate very low. Ammonia 0. Full cycled 5 months ago. Tank mates are a pleco and a green puffer. he was swmming around quite abit when i picked him up. But not really alot as swimming space was limited.

How is it doing now especially the body colour?
MBU are more active in swimming, even if it is stress out it will still swim around most of the time unless get infected by internal parasite or white spot. |

If not eat persist then should be treated with internal parasite medication, they can dont eat for weeks then die if not treated.
