Actually I don't have co2 still monitoring the plants for now as some were transferred from my nano tank and they were quite mal nutrition : D but I added a lot of fish, not sure if it can compensate for the co2 to plants.

Substrate looks abit too thin. The stem plants did you plant individually or in one clump? If plant in one clump, the base will whether and die.
But good start nevertheless. |
