frogs are very different to tadpoles
certain traits activate when they become frogs
tadpoles are safer as they are USUALLY toxin free, in saying that, make sure you know what type of frog.
test it on a smaller cheaper fish first, a few of them and see.

but should be ok
keep in mind, tadpoles have little to no nutrition and mostly water.
frogs are better as they develop to have bones and more meat.

Tadpole is easlier to swallow for ur aro just like small catfish i think unlike BF may have legs to hinder its feeding.. ..But there again, like many bro have already highlighted the risk factor & so its really up to you whether you wan to take the risk..
