Its normal for them to do that especially when it's a new tank... same for fishes and other animals, we call it New tank syndrome or in this case new environment syndrome...

They'll get used to it after a few weeks...

My treefrogs nowadays don't even wanna escape out of the tank when I leave the tank door open coz they know it's safer inside the tank

Den u take out the one that's not eating and put it in another clean or sterile container/tank and try making it eat... try and feed it a variety of food till it starts to eat... for example try feeding live crickets, live mealworms, live superworms, and if live food fails, try feeding it freshly killed crickets/mealworms/superworms (best with some meat/juice oozing out) or you can try feeding Frozen roaches (I've been feeding Frozen Turkistan Roaches to my White's Treefrogs) and see which one they will be attracted to...

Good luck!

U can get them from www.eppaquastore.com or Hong Yang Aquarium at CCK Ave 4 Blk 306. Turkistan roach is the size of an adult cricket, Dubia Roach is about 1.5-2in...
