Thanks. But if you're keen, his offsprings are available for sale.

Just wanna share some pics of my juvenile Blue Zebra Lace angelfish (F1). They are from the crossing of Blue (female) and Zebra Lace (male).

There are 4 varieties which came out from the crossing. They include: Zebra Lace, Blue, Dark Lace and Blue Zebra Lace (F1). Essentially, the Blue Zebra Lace has lighter colored stripes and a bluish tone. Below are some pics of those hybrids that I will keep for F2.

Will keep you guys updated with their development. Hope to get better pics when they get bigger.

Meanwhile, this is the male fish. His dorsal fin has not full recovered from fin rot. No pic of the female yet as she is currently paired with my Black Lace.

You still happen to breed the F1 male?

WoW! This is a very old thread. I have given this line away long time ago to a friend. Not sure if he has continued with the lineage. Anyway, some overseas breeders are already producing the Blue Zebra Lace and I've seen it in Singapore some time ago.

There are many old threads about cross-breeding of different strains of angelfish to create new color. Try searching for the Pinoy angelfish and you'll see even more interesting stuffs.
