Mental or taking a dump

Some may have seen this photo on FB today.
Is she having mental issue or taking a dump.?
I find that her shirt was lifted up and facing away, bottom like ready to take a dump more than mental issue.

If she alr bottomless, no one notice her and how she managed to board the bus.

Not sure did this person record the video or picture.

To add on, from the person comment, this woman was taking a dump and her action also shown that she was a bit unsound. Really sad. If I was there, would alert the bus captain so that the right help can be called upon and administered to the woman.

In fact a few videos in FB showing people running or walking around in town. Stressed level up up and up that caused them a mental breakdown.

To some ppl taking a dump not in toilet is common. Not those who are incontinence. Have seen a prc asking her son to pee on a bowl in foodcourt while the toilet is just outside. The stallholder scolded her.

this type of PRC....doing it outside China....haiz.

Some ppl, with issues, (their family) refuses to seek help. Face issue maybe? Or denial to accept that there are issues, etc.

I know 1 case recently and ppl around suffers. Parents refuse to step forth to deal with it by seeking proper help. If such issues are not tackle properly, we won't know one day the person will just lose it and consequences can get quite bad.

How come yr FB and mine differrent leh. My isp Singnet, mobile Starhub, will that cause the differences ?
