Default Algae identification

Good read up about your favourite plants' relatives.

Algae Identification and remedies

Another site about remedies for algae

And yet another useful site on how to get along with your algae

Cutting down nitrate and phosphate is not the answer to nirvana

...and another...

What can I say? There is TONS of information on the net about them. If I want to add all of them to this thread... I think the list will never end...

All you need to do is google...

And ULTIMATELY, prevention is better than cure, thus a well balanced diet of CO2, Light, NPK, trace elements is the best solution. This cannot be stressed more, that a healthy plant growth will not only showcase your planted tank beautifully, but it will also curb the aglae population efficiently.
