ISTA maxmix co2 reactor

Hi guys, recently just bought a M size maxmix reactor for my 2 ft tank. I pairing the reactor with ehiem 2213. Just a quick check, coz newbie here. Lst time using a external reactor: I can only see the top and middle blade turning... the bottom blade is like fixed...Cant turn..

But i saw some posts mentioning the bottom blade can turn, so is mine normal? And i can see the column filled with gas(*should be co2, correct me if wrong) around 0.5cm thick, that all...I dnt see any bubbles running around the column. So is it normal? Sorry for the stewpig qn

2213 not able to run a M size Ista diffuser !

Thk bro for your reply. I have hook it up with a additional internal powerhead with flow rate 800litre then connect to a prefilter... Now its working fine
