Anyway after reading through those replies, I am sure someone is stirring social discord. The detention or boys home all have cameras and wardens do their rounds.I am doing some work there so I know. If he goes to the men prison, it will be worst then this.

Now lagi more difficult to avoid NS .
But allso hard to put in any vocational, a ticking time bomb.
If he is in NS can make him cbl, commits a serious offense, just charge n send him to DB
