Honestly I think 1.5ft is not enough for T.shanjing or T.verrucosus, they need much bigger land area as their can grow up to 5-7" in length... I'm keeping abt 8 T.verrucosus and 5 T.shanjing in a 1.5ft land area, and some of them are climbing all over their tankmates n some are found "up in the trees" as I've tree branches and a few caves in a cliff I made...

sighz I'm still planning to do another 3ft setup for them, but I just can't seem to sell the fishes in that tank argh!

Anyway I think ur tank wld suit dendrobatids or small toads or even small turtles (but of coz the turtles will start snapping at ur plants)
I suppose then I just keep a pair in my half feet land area.
Actually my tank is bigger than 1.5ft but smaller than 2 ft. It has enough width to provide the land area.

BUT QN IS WHERE TO FIND???

I found caecilian instead yesterday.

haha it could be anything bro, as malaysia's wild fauna is much more diverse than ours

if its local, most likely it could be a banded or common toad, lucky might get a common green back, some of the more common ones

hope u keep him well and update us!!!

Thanks for the birthday greetings

Ya I suppose a pair can fit in a 1.5-2ft land area, do rem that there's a misperception that T.shanjing and T.verrucosus prefers water to land, but fact is both my shanjing and verru stays on land and only occasionally jumps into the "pond" for a swim

Hmmm caecilian aka rubber eel? Did u happen to pop by C328 yesterday
