i would recommend doing a weekly water change of 20% till the eyes clear. make sure you use good quality marine salt though. adding garlic to the food is also a good means of enhancing immuity level. i use ecosystems aquarium's galic elixir and it has always kept my fishes well and healthy.

lots of small white slimy thing drop out from its body and fins

will soak the food with garlic in future, provided it starts to eat

I would suggest stopping the FW dip, it seems to be stressing the fish and cause the ich outbreak.

The white slimy stuff and from your description, it seems that the fish is shedding its slimecoat due to the FW dip. From what I read, you would see the parasite drop off and die in the container. So it seems that the cloudy eye may have been a bacterial infection rather than eye flukes.

I'm thinking maybe you should look into using chemical medicines to treat the fish instead of FW dip given the circumstances.

I face this problem before, FW dip not so effective, finally cure by using copper...think I use the brand Mardel, but be very careful as lionfish is supersensitive to chemicals..

remember never to put medium to high dosage of cu for tangs cuz the stomuch bacteria might die...the thing needed to digest plants and algaes

i faced this problem a few time on my lion and it simply just go away after 2 days by itself.. haha.. IMO, just leave it alone and feed per normal..
