Feeding
Hi fellow enthusiasts,
i would like to know for those pro breeders, when your mama drops, how frequent do you feed the frys a day? what kind of food is recommended other than live bbs and how fast did it take for your frys to mature? how many weeks old is it considered mature? |

First of all, i do not feed fries until their yolk sac is used up. I feed my fries at least 3 times a day.I feed my fries live baby brine shrimp , live daphnia , tubifex worms , crushed flakes. You can also feed your fries grindal worms , vinegar eels, microworms. If you are going for commercial fry food , try hikari first bites , crushed flakes and also the new gel food for fries by Repashy. Depending on your upkeep , if not stunted , fries will take between 3-4 months to fully-mature.

Hi,
My son just started keeping guppy. Feeding my fries born last Saturday Mar 09 with frozen moon only. Any advice what to feed these fries based on its growth progression is appreciated. Thanks. |

I am not pro. I used discus tetrabits.
It is easy to squeeze into powder form for fries, so far have been good using this though growth not super fast. |
