Can also try apply Fastum Gel. I use to have triggle finger both left and right last finger. Morning wake up if bend it will kena lock up and have to push it back and is pain. Went for finger therapy also doesnt help much. Doc recommended me this gel to apply. Every night apply before bedtime. Now both finger recovered liao.

Once I have a pain at knee cap after jogging. Also apply this gel and few days later pain also gone.

I had similar issues. Like bedoklist shared, I have trigger finger and last few months the knuckle area also stiffen n hurts.

I started rubbing the top n bottom of knuckle w chinese medicated oil every night before I sleep n wear a pair of socks over both hands to keep oilment on e skin longer (and prevent bed getting the oilment smell).

Knuckle felt better after 2 nights. Been doing this for 2 weeks now

read that too much sugar can cause joint pains also

I usually do the above at hme on the floor after a super long tiring day.

Not all, but some, and I find tat it does help ease off the stiffness.
