I wrote in yesterday and got a reply today. Hope this helps!

Just finished the registration. Please prepare the following:

1) Insurance policy number and expiry date
2) Road tax expiry date
3) Reg card in PDF
4) driver passport details.

After you finished the registration , can proceed to download the confirmation and print it out to present in the malaysia customs.

Like that every time got to update in system when policy change, road tax expire date change and passport number change.....
