Default Trip to Jakarta for Indo FH National Competition

Hi guys, the 5 of us (dave6238, ong88, kao luo, BubbleBubble and v80) had a great time with lots of fun and laughter in Jakarta. However, we missed all of you and wished that you all were there too. Nevertheless, the big one will be held at the same venue in Jakarta in December 2011. So better plan your schedule early so as not to miss out.....

Here are the pics to share with all of you on what we did during this trip. Apart from attending the comp n viewing all the beautiful flowerhorns, we also visited some nice places and tasted some great foods. Unfortunately, the nightspots dun allow photography in their premises so we can only tell u what happened in those places when we meet up.... hehehe

To view the competition fishes, pls go to this link: http://www.arofanatics.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=476140

3rd Day's Lunch at WTC Mangga Dua

Waiting for the food to arrive.... hungry liao

Everybody digging into the food... too hungry to take individual pic of the dishes...

3rd Day's Dinner at Jakarta's Entertainment City

After Frans heard that we like to eat seafood, he brought us to this place which is really huge and packed with people. The place has an abundance of seafood imported from all over the world. You just pick the items u like n instruct the restaurant staff how u want them to be cooked. We had double servings of steamed lobster, bamboo clams, garoupa, big tempura prawns, deep fried prawns cooked with salted eggs, chilli crabs from sri lanka and lala clams to go with cucumber juice n coconut drinks. All of us ate so much until stomach wanted to burst n still we couldn't finish all the food. And the best thing is the total bill is only about 20% of what it would cost in Singapore! Really amazing....
