I saw or rather read in sgreefclub that there is this DIY "S" shape piping that looks like the HDB toilet pipe that control the water level. It works well.

i'm using a chiller for 2 4 feet tank keeping the temperature at 26 to 27. and with a backup chiller. i connect both tank using a sump.
