Post Ideal chiller to go with eheim 2211?

Hi, my tank is 60cmx45cmx30cm. Having eheim 2211 as my filtration. Current I'm using 1 cans 3000 cooling fan but it doesn't meet the temp that I want which is 24-20deg for my plants and CRS.

I'm contemplating to install another fan or go get a chiller. If I want to get a chiller, what chiller is compatible with my 2211 putting into consideration it's long run pwr consumption and getting the temp that I want. Or should by installing another fan is sufficient.

Need your experience and advice on this. Thanks.

Most chillers have a minimum recommended flow rate of 400L/hr.

I think the 2211 is just under? Just make sure that the flow is higher or equal to 400L/hr as a lower flow rate may spoil the chiller's cooling coils. (that's what I've been told)

I'm a fan of TECO chillers as much as I'm an Eheim fan so there's my recommendation.
