Raffles? They are having clearance sales not long ago.

Buy within your budget, is the way how u groom it up, a cheap arowana can become a master piece if u maintain a good water parameter and feeding.

I'm not a expert in Arowana, but i strongly believe water parameter is still the most important in any aquarium fishes.
