Schools need to tied up with companies or government agencies to provide internship.

Employers have the 3 or 6 months to decide to hire or not.

During this period, gov can pick up 50% of the salary, to encourage the private sectors to give this internship program a shot.

They hv. But is do non related work. Clone pc, carry pc, chg pc. My friend work until tl. Noting related to wat they learn in school.

Town Council and HDB always understaffed in their office, why don't they employ more of those qualified above 40 ppl?

Same goes to school or any other gov agencies.
