Default While feeding SW, My XB Jumped and Blood oozed out from its gills

Would like to share this experience as it may happened to anyone feeding SW to their aros or any predatory fishes.

2 days ago, my XB while eating the SW. It jumped twice with no major superficial injuries except noticed blood oozed out from its gill and breathing hard. Suspected one of the SW must have bitten her internally. Anyway, it had remained calm now and breathing slowing down. Added API Open Wound with Aloe Vera, hopefully it will recover soon.

Next, intend to frozen the SW before feeding. Now it is calm down and swimming normal but not eating for 2 days. Will let it starve for 1 month and keeping adding S7 every 3 days.

I stopped it previously but it is only eating crickets and live feeders not MP or BF. In addition, want to pump it up so went back to SW and it had been eating well for 3 months till recently, bro.

Since you intend to stop feeding a month, why don't change to mp?

Had tried it before and rejected immediately. Will try it again, nonetheless.

Yeah, it jumped and hit the glass cover but no major injury externally. But witnessed myself that blood oozed out from its gill. Now it is in stable condition. S7 is a vitamin mainly for plant but also good for improvement on fish's appetite.

No choice, my XB is quite a fussy eater.

Intend to use this method too, bro. Will placed them in a container then put a ice cube to frozen them. Next, feed to my aro.
