You need to bare in mind, that 7-7 driving, you need to deduct meals and rest, which will eat up 1 hour a day. Likely drive 11hrs (x $26/hr).

Gross income likely $1,716 based on your formula. If each day's operating expenses is $100-$110, real take home income is about $1,016 a week. Likely income is $4.4k/mth based on such calculation.

Well, $4.4k nett is ok since you will get to have a car to use during non driving hours. If you own a car, it will cost about $1.5k/mth.

Me and my wife took Grab share yesterday evening from Pandan Valey to Clementi Mall. With promotion of $4 off, we paid $1 from credit. Then for return trip at 11 pm, it was $0 with promotion. So hpw can Grab make money ?

A pinoy CSO fr Uber called me this afternoon. Asked whether i own a car and then proceeded to tell me based on their calculation, I will earn 7K plus per month.

I told her if really that good, Uber has no need for you to sit in office to look for driver.
So stop giving people unrealistic hope and i hung up.

Knew she was just doing her job but really Damn pissed off.
