I hope buyers look closely and choose carefully before buying.
Keeping 11 pieces of arowana is not easy as a hobby.
Make sure they are fishes you really enjoy owning.
More feeding, more WC, comm fights, fish health, etc...

If you're thinking of buying 11 to grow out and flip for a profit. I wish you good luck.

for sure we cannot expect quality at such a ridiculous price.

one must be prepared the this XB is not "pure breed". or i may call it half XB as only one parent is XB.

guess if one is happy, it should be fine...

damn. i do not have extra tank...

initially tot that XB price fall has stabilise it seen otherwise. And within such a short spam of time hitting $100 unbelievable will not be surprise to see RTG going for $50. Silver $5.

This may inadvertently pull down the sales and pricing of tank mates, since XB which is highly sort after are hobbyist main pet as compared to other fishes. Many years ago people cant afford to pay for expensive aros but it is now affordable.

At this pricing, one should know very well it very likely it will not turn out to be 'True XB'.
But at that pricing, it bring out the basic instinct of human to try, that is Luck. Machaim like buying TOTO and 4D. Heng Heng hit one pc that have more true XB genes. IMO, I know I got no "LUCK" to hit this kind of 'jack pot' thus never cross my mind to try.

However, many are pushing out this tactic and it the main reason we keep seeing unbeliveable pricing for XB. But for many who really go around hunting for XB, it easy to find that GOOD XB still command high price.

Farm start monitoring/ culling their fishes when they are young. From there, they separate to different area to continue monitor/ gromming/ targeting for different market.

One who hop around farm often will find why some tubs/ tanks got more fish, while some have less, and some have special treatmen to be kept as single pc.
