actually voters of PE BE, the decision is very simple la, go for WP.....

look at the GE 2011, if WP never win the AH GRC, will there be so much pressure on the Lightning Party?

and the Hougang BE, WP won again more pressure.....so this PE BE should be direct, just clear the lightning 1 more time, just bring out the HAMMER!

my prediction

SDA & RF = less than 5%
PAP = 40%
WP = 55%

However, now that there are 2 other parties in the contest, perhaps it won't be so easy to predict the outcome as some advantage has been returned to PAP.

Note: I have been to Rivervale Plaza. That place really gives people a sad feeling of being let down or abandoned.

Agree with your points except that WP lost by 13% to PAP in GE2011.

About Rivervale Plaza, maybe Karma does really exist and bites back onto PAP. Ignore the needs of the residents there after GE2011 and it comes back to haunt them...

I hope the residents will think this way too. The good thing is that there are more younger voters so may be more interested in making a difference.

On the other hand however, some may think that there's already enough presence of opposition in the parliament so they won't need to be 'sacrificed' like the Aljunied voters in GE2011.

They've already repented for a year... The reno started in Sep 2011. Now we soon-to-be Feb 13

Considering that they are like one of the first to be conned to move in under Punggol 21 "GRAND PLAN"... I'm not sure if the plaza was the final straw.

Is like.. TMD.. u din deliver wad u promised when I bought the place eons ago.. now u cant even deliver the mall properly. Kenna delay also need ppl to kick fuss to the media BEFORE anyone did anything.. eg promise 30-40% rebate for rental (ya right.. the supplies no need $$)

the funny thing here is punggol east smc and pasir ris - punggol are run jointly.. lets say wp come in - am sure things are going to change..
