Default Need help! Goldfish unwell... Kindly advise pls. Thank You!

Fish was kept in my main tub with all goldfishes for about a month.
This morning spotted this fellow stay on surface and not interested to eat while feeding. Notice there are lots of "red spots" on her body....

Thanks to Arotok's advise.
I quick quick isolated this fellow straight after my work, now is in my hospital tub with whatever I have....
0.5% salinity + yellow powder treatment + heater on (thermometer show 32C).

Kindly advise whats wrong with her and the proper treatment please.
Thank You in advance

Goldfish are cold blooded...

http://www.buzzle.com/articles/214268.html

they don't need a heater and since you treated with .5% salt and yellow powder...just stay the course for 5 days...if water dirty do partial water change but maintain the .5% salt treatment with yellow powder.

No feeding during treatment and by the 3rd day of treatment if fish recovering they will start swimming and looking for food. On 4th day, test feed if they start swimming and if eating, after 5th day can do 100% water change.

Hope this help...please take heater out and try keep water cool...room temp will do.

From look fish not that sick and sometimes a salt dip and 100% water change will do.

Just observe the colour of the poo in the hospital tank.
