Here's a review of the Resun CL-85 chiller: http://www.killies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2800

Conclusion: Good only for tanks below 60 litres.

I see so it's totally useless unless I am using a betta tank to keep shrimps with noise pollution then. Thanks for the feedback.

Heard that it is made of peltier, not the same cooling technology which is used in bigger chiller. In term of electrical efficiency, it is low.

Heard that NA carries it too.

in terms of it's performance(i.e. bringing down temperature), what's the rating ?

I heard that, unless you have a small tank and a cabinent to put the chiller in, you may not want it.

I wanted to get one earlier but was told off by my peers of it's inefficiency and sound issue.

Sound issue? Peilter is silence, unless noise is from the heatsink cooling fan.
