marine parade is the worst place every night I can see rat running here and there .. not only 1 is a big group of rat and I think is a rat family running here and there at the hdb car park .. the car park like become their play ground liao cat see also wont dare to go near .

Government always like to play with numbers. I wonder what is the actual number of ppl not paying their TC charges on time. While it is necessary to have excess money, do we really need to collect until the amount becomes many millions?

if TC got millions in reserves, instead of investing and losing millions, why can't they just give rebate to the residents?

u wrong lor.... you got check their IC or not? The rats could have been move to Marine Parade from nearby Aljunied GRC.

I wonder if anyone has a blog posting all e estates, their level of cleanliness, pest status, etc? Will be beautiful! Let all e estates be shown. My place has cockroaches, not rats. Fumigation seems to drive cockroaches up e rubbish chutes. Got 2 in my kitchen last week.

Yalor...........instead of creating new positions of Mayors which we don't know what they do.........just give us back the surplus or use it to waive off the Conservancy charges of our Poorer folks.........
