Think they were arrested and jailed..........

Ms Chee Siok Chin began serving her one-week jail sentence yesterday after District Judge Chng Lye Beng had found her guilty together with Mr Gandhi Ambalam and Dr Chee Soon Juan for distributing flyers without a permit.

A permit was required because, one, 5 or more persons were involved and, two, the police insist, the flyer was demonstrating “opposition to the actions of the Government.”

Today I heard something good abôut LTK at amk hub. This auntie was praising ltk to her colleagues about how he helped her with a summon and settling it. She also says he help the poor in his hougang ward with his own pay.

For words coming from someone I dunno, I am glad to hear it as I also heard similar things in potong pasir about mr chiam a few years back and even just recently. I dun heard about such things of my MP having stayed in my ward for so many years.
I understand why potong pasir has trouble keeping green in tc fees collection as he waive the charges for those who really need it till they able to pay. Will sitoh do better?

However some things have to takes a person who experienced it to understand what the other person is going through now. Dunno if it has the same meaning as" it takes a thief to know a thief." Maybe someone can explain in layman terms how to simplied it if I said wrongly.
