ph is important when comes to keeping rays as well as filtration. try keeping 1 motoro ray as a start and determine if its doing okay in the pond before committing to buying several rays. good luck on ray keeping.

My RTC and arowanas have been quite happy in my pond - never checked the pH. I assumed that it is a balanced eco pond - so didn't check since all the fish were pretty happy and growing. I think I'll have to hold off getting a ray - for now. |
