Same here, used to go running during lunch time. Lose weight really can reduce snoring.
30mins run doesn't matter how far your run, as long as you did exercise. 15mins wash up, 15mins packed lunched. steal eat abit sure enough time on a side note, i'm having bad snoring problems after started being a flight attendant, so sleep pattern is very important too. |

Running or jogging and cut down your sugar in take. Drink kopi o not kopi all this will help.

thinking sleeping sideways will not snore
sleep on back will snore get a high pillow, force to sleep on side |

lose weight...easy lah..
just eliminate ALL processed sugar & processed food from ur diet can liao.. IMO.. 70% diet 30% exercise.. i lazy to exercise so only manage to drop from 85 to 70.. |
