yes jack still doing aircon service....just last sat he go my place for servicing...then to my mum place and then to my in law place as well...have been using his service since he was mention here years back.

if you think his service is good then recommend more ppls to him....if his service is fck up...then post up here as well.....no hidden agenda.

Do they do mainly installation or they also do servicing and repair of home units?

Think mainly installing new ones and maintain or repair what they installed

If u got old ones not installed by them but need maintenance or repairs maybe can call them for quotes

The Mitsubishi starmex working well now the last two years

Was told by a contractor that the ticks were just a gimmicks. I am not sure how true it is.

Because the scoring system was changed
Old 4 ticks models may not get the 4 ticks again

So he was also right when he said can get certain brands with just two ticks now?

I ordered an old system which was 4 tick in the past but now is 2 ticks. It works for my family well

think if you compare the annual cost quoted by nea, the old 4 tick ( now 2 tick) will be more costly annually compared to the new 5 ticks. That's what I read at the website
