Yes true, I waited for 3 years before he can sell me. But this guy is from South Taiwan, and he doesnt keep lace , so most probably not the same person you visited.
His albino fullred can go as high as NT8,000 per pair. Most sold to mainland China.

Yes, he is from SGC, full red expert, not lace. He had 300 tanks of full red in his 3 storey house by the time I visited him. I think he has shifted to another place already
