These are the debris that all we breeders faces in our breeding....debris are dead...leftover/uneaten brine shrimps or daphnia and all the fries discharges(shits) and this is how I get rid of them....a bit tedious but does serve me well. I uses a flat net and slowly scrap it along the tub floor and gather all the debris to one corner.... After scrapping, this is how the debris look like...like some dirty cotton wool... I uses the normal airtube and run it through a plastic tube where the plastic tube becomes the holder for the airtube...so much easier rather than just holding the airtube while sucking the debris from the tub.... This is how much debris I suck out from the tub and in the process I did suck some of the fries out...no problem...just use a culling net and catch them and put them back in the tub.... |

Many thanks for the useful tips. Maybe I should use this method for doing area cleaning on my betta fries as well
