Default Anchor worms on stingray

Is anchor worms deadly to stingray ?
I started using ocean free anchor worm n fish lice removAl.
Will freezing live feeder n then feeding stingray prevent this from happening since anchor worms is introducd by live feeders?
Any advise?

Fish is still eating normally .reason for testement is I sold one ray n buyer say hv red ring on base of ray which he say is anchor worms..
Being a newbie I decided to take his word for it n proceed to disinfect my FGT...
Not a glass tank so I can't see clearly ..
Using ocean free from Qian Hu which says secreat ingredients n ray safe ..

if you not sure whether it is anchor worm or not, better dont any how buy med to add, rays are very sentitive to med.. one wrong move will do more harm then good.

I suggest you take pic or video to post here, so that ppl can recommend you better

It was highlighted by buyer who bought my ray..
I did not check n neither did he when he bought as it was shown to be feeding...
