when u have substrate in ur tank u must b very hardworking. that can b another way to kill ur fishes. i also have sand in my tank. personally i always make sure my filter is always overkill for my tank before i do anything. but now im pushing it to the limit. any mistake/laziness now can cost me to lose almost every single one of my fishes anytime. esp with those sand in the tank. if i dont WC "properly" (maybe i shld use MADLY :P) n stir the sand during my WC everytime. my tank started off with only a 2028 n ard 5 fishes. when the headcount hit ard 10 i added a OHF. when the headcount hit ard 15 i modified my OHF. when the headcount hit ard 20 i added the xp3. now im only adding fishes. |

Thanks Elindra. It hides most of the time so rather hard to take a pic of it. A rather moody fish always that changes its colour. I managed to take this particular shot one day. Its currently at 7 inches. (They can reach a considerable size: http://forums.waterwolves.com/index....pic=125646&hl=) Last edited by Raptor22; 17-12-2008 at 12:37 AM. |
