Default Minimum tank for SVR

Hi guys! My new place finally coming in 2 months crossed fingers!

And I'm planning to keep SVR- side view ranchus if I got it correct!

I was looking at 422 or 522 w/ sump tank, am I going the right path?

Just go straight to 522, you will never go wrong with bigger tank, your goldies will thank you for that

Big tank always is a better choice since you are getting SVR .

Hope to see your setup soon .

Hmmmm if budget don't allow 5ft then I will go for 422!

Sump/ohf/canister ? Goldy don't need strong currents like monster fishes right?

svr in a tub is a waste IMO. use a tub when you wanna start breeding or groom a giant maybe but otherwise a tank is the best for any sideview gf. If you are to custom made your new tank, sump is the way to go..

Before you jump in to keep ranchu in tank just for awhile of interest .
Try out them with basic setup .
Also in the same time , if you are ready to get a tank then you just custom 1 .

After all , I have try out many type of setup for goldfish .
I still prefer basic setup and regular water change as I learn my mistake .
