Your regime looks good.
Maybe instead of 4 mp per meal per day, you try 3 mp per meal earlier in the day and another 2mp per meal later part of the day?
There's a net gain overall....

Strange.....my aros will take sw over mp anytime.
Maybe starve your aro first then introduce sw.

some aros have attitude hor.

Previously, I starved my goodie for 1.5 months.

It still refused taking fillet pork.

But once I introduced an oscar into its tank.

It still takes pork without hesitation

If it has the genes to b "sumo" no need to pump, even feed once on alternate days will also be broad body eventually.

If no genes u can make it look bigger by letting it over eat, but then it'll be unhealthy and ultimately put it at risk of getting fatty liver n premature death.

If no genes n small appetite then just be content with it cause every aro is diff.

Agreed, not all aro can be pump to sumo profile.

I have a new aro about 2 months already in tank. Been taking MP from 1st owner and nothing else. But since in my tank not taking any MP, not sure why. been eating only BF for now. SUMO body shape but seem getting slimmer...
