Smile Thread for all Madagascan species...

not sure if there's any such thread, but here's my pair of P. Maculatus....

hope to get a bigger home for them soon, and maybe add in some more...





all bros feel free to post pics of your madagascans, i'm hoping to see some bleekeris and pollenis!!!

nice, how much u got them for?

i have one polleini which isn't developing like some of the nicer ones on the web heh

thanks got them at $140 after slight bargain from $75 per piece, but after come back see forum realise $70 was the price posted here...

wanna take over to try your luck? i think my 2ft tank too small for them, although they're not fighting but they eat so much i have to change water every 3-4 days!!

u still have your festae? i'm looking for a nice pair!!

festae got sick and up lorry after struggling to stay alive for 4 days...

don't really have space in my tanks, the two 3 fts are not that stable, the 4fts is too damn crowded lol, the other 3ft iso dont suit potential bleedi ng project, 2 other 2fts are filled with juve's lol...

how big are they?

they're not big, probably 4"+?? maybe still young too, but showing courtship now and then...

will get them a bigger tank, but may have to wait for another 2-3 months after i settle upgrading my bigger tanks first...

still can grow 2x bigger but already very nice colors and nice black spot heh.

i have a juve 2" Paretroplus menarambo which have yet to stablize cuz i tried to com it with a juve regani and it got wacked lol

good luck, understand they do better in a group - i thought i'm risking it by keeping a pair, you're even more garang, keep 1 piece!

the lfs only have one small piece and i think its a good buy at 18....so just get lor
