Alipay or Wechat Pay?

Anyone has these payments?
Can it be setup in SG?

I have these 2 modes of payment options available but that's because I travel to China often.
What do you mean by setup in Singapore? For personal use or small business? I do see taxis and some shops allowing for Alipay, but not Wechat payment here.

Can set up or link to dbs RMB account or other sg bank?

oh, why don't you try download the Alipay app and then see if you can link to your bank card? Last time I did the link up was to my bank account in China, not sure if they have opened up more bank connections

Alipay Singapore account is a payment service for Singaporean users to make purchase on Lazada Singapore. Alipay Singapore account currently is not compatible with Alipay accounts in other countries.

I have Alipay acct to pay my taobao purchase when I went to China for business trip.

I link it to my POSB everycard CC.
But I notice sometime , it dont get thru. sometime it get thru. Just keep on try until it get thru the payment.

Use PC or phone to setup alipay account?
so if have china cc can link liao?

I purchase item at taobao china web. ask them to ship to my china hotel.

This one I dont know liao. I dont have china CC

However, when I do taobao payment. I do see DBS bank (SG) and Malaysia Bank (Malaysia)

actually you can just download the Alipay app on your phone and setup an account, and see if it can be linked to any bank card (must be debit type, not credit card). if your bank card details can be accepted and verified, then you should be able to use Alipay
