Default using handphone to shoot aquatic pictures..

hi all.. i have always tried to take photos with my hp but if i never on flash will definitely turn out to be a blur.. what settings can i adjust to make my pictures better?
mode: sports mode?
ISO: higher or lower?
White balance: which type to choose?
exposure: higher or lower?
auto contrast: on or off?

depends on what kind of fish you are taking. Sports mode will definitely help if the fish is active kind. However i also realised the noise produced is incredibly high.
Turn on the tank lights and increase the illumination to the maximum if possible instead of using flash.
From experience, the use of flash always produce bad pics with red eyes, washed out photos, reflections of water marks on the exterior of tank and even own reflection.
