I doubt so, red still in bag looks so red so i believe its true red coz pink light doesnt really helps for the redness effect unless its in tank with full lightings.

Something very wrong with the water.. Seems like there is a very big flash of light.. My guess is that the colur maybe not be true. compare the colour of the fins thats is under the water with the top level colour..
