morning nd to work. after work late den home , how to go work out. And if u are tired after work still go work out is more stress to your body.

during lunch time instead go makan i will go for my run 6-7km, whether u wan to do it or not is up to ownself...

old excuses i always use such as no time, tire, wait one day i will do it... until get fatter fatter health problem oso start to surface

so if u wan to do it u can, i tell myself stop finding excuse anymore...nike slogan

every weekend will run 11km trial run at macritchie

U can run 6km in 1hr plus warm up plus clean up n bk to work?

6km only take ard 35mins lah, so still got time to wash up lah
